The WyrLora

COMMUNITY & GROUP T&C's

Effective date: 14th November 2025

Welcome to WYRLORA – our online home for midlife, faith-rooted, family-first, freedom-loving women.

These Community Terms & Conditions (“Community Terms”) explain how you can use our community spaces, including the WYRLORA Club, private groups, forums, comments, chats, live calls, mobile apps and any other community features we offer online (together, the “Community”).

Please read this page carefully before joining or participating in any WYRLORA Community space. By accessing or using the Community, you are agreeing to these Community Terms, along with our general Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  • If you don’t agree, please don’t use or participate in any part of the WyrLora Community.

The Plain-English summary:

  • Be kind, conservative-leaning, and respectful – this is a safe place for midlife women who hold the same values and view points.

  • No bullying, hate speech, explicit sexual content, spam, un-approved advertising or nasty behaviour.

  • You’re responsible for what you post and how you behave here.

  • We’re not providing medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice - you'll need to seek professionals in these fields.

  • We can and will moderate, remove content, or remove members to protect the Community.

1. Who “we” are and what this covers

These Community & Group Terms apply to ALL community spaces & groups operated under the WYRLORA brand (the “Community”), including but not limited to:

  • Community areas hosted on the WYRLORA website

  • The WYRLORA Circle and any/all other membership communities created and hosted by WYRLORA

  • Any private or closed groups we host on third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook groups, forums, group chats, etc.)

  • Comments, discussion threads, webinars, lives, workshops, Q&As and similar.

“We”, “us”, “our” means WYRLORA - owned and operated by Dianne M. White trading as WYRLORA, based in Queensland, Australia.

“You” or “your” means any person who joins, visits or participates in the WyrLora Community &/or Groups.

These Community Terms sit alongside and do not replace our:

  • Website Terms of Use

  • General Disclaimer

  • Privacy Policy

  • Store/Trading Terms (for purchases)

  • Membership Terms

  • Any specific Academy program or course terms

  • Affiliate Terms

  • And any other current or future terms and conditions related to or displayed on this website.

If there’s any conflict, the more specific terms for a paid product or program usually apply first, then these Community Terms, then the general Website Terms.

2. Who the Community is for

WYRLORA is created primarily for:

  • Midlife women (approximately 40–65+)

  • Living in Western/English-speaking countries (Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and similar)

  • Who value faith, family, and freedom, and lean towards conservative principles and values

  • Who want a safe, encouraging and supportive space to grow, learn, and connect.

You DO NOT need to belong to a specific church or denomination, or need to be a christian yet at all, as we welcome women at different points in their faith journey – including those who are curious, unsure, or quietly exploring.

However, this is intentionally not a space for aggressive anti-faith sentiment, political activism campaigns, or content that undermines the values of faith, family, and freedom that WYRLORA is built upon.

3. Acceptance of these Community Terms

By:

  • Creating an account on the WYRLORA website, and/or

  • Requesting access to any WYRLORA Community space, and/or

  • Participating in any discussion, posting content, attending lives, workshops, or Q&As,

you confirm that you:

  1. Have read, understood, and agree to these Community Terms;

  2. Are at least 18 years old; and

  3. Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your country of residence.

If you do not accept these Community Terms, you must not access or use the Community.

We may update these Community Terms from time to time.

When we do, we’ll change the “Effective date” above and may provide a notice in the Community or via email.

If you continue using the Community after changes are posted, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

4. Our core values: Faith, Family, Freedom

Our Community is built around three core principles:

  • Faith – We respect and honour a life grounded in Christian faith, prayer, and values. We do not tolerate mockery of sincere belief, blasphemous or intentionally offensive content, or hostility towards members because of their faith.

  • Family – We uphold the importance of family (in all its imperfect, real-life forms). We encourage supportive conversation, not family-bashing or contempt. It’s okay to share struggles – but not to promote cruelty, abuse, or neglect.

  • Freedom – We believe in personal responsibility, independent thinking, and the freedom to live according to one’s conscience. We don’t allow attempts to bully others into a particular political or ideological position, nor do we allow content that advocates violence or hatred.

Everything in our Community – from the tone of conversations to the type of content allowed – is filtered through these principles.

5. Community code of conduct

To keep WYRLORA safe, warm, and aligned with our values, we ask all members to follow this code of conduct:

5.1 Be respectful and kind

  • Engage with others as if you were sitting in their lounge room.

  • No bullying, shaming, name-calling, mocking, or pile-ons.

  • Disagree with ideas without attacking people or being rude and hurtful.

5.2 No hate speech or discrimination

You must not post or promote anything that:

  • Attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristics - regardless of what your views are and what you believe personally.

  • Encourages violence, harassment, or threats towards any person or group.

  • Promotes extremist organisations, religions, cults or ideologies.

  • We are a conservative-friendly space, but that never justifies cruelty, slurs, or dehumanising language.

5.3 No explicit, graphic, or adult content

This is a space for mature women, but we keep it high-class and modest:

  • No explicit sexual descriptions, graphic images, or pornography.

  • No sexually suggestive photos or videos.

  • No lewd jokes or content that would make most midlife women uncomfortable in a mixed Christian church/family environment.

  • Intimacy, marriage, and relationship discussions are welcome – but they must be respectful, tasteful, and non-graphic.

5.4 No harassment, bullying, or stalking

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact a member who has asked you to stop.

  • Send unwanted private messages, DMs, or emails that are aggressive, manipulative, or sexual in nature.

  • Publicly shame other community members or our staff.

  • If another member’s behaviour makes you uncomfortable, please report it to us via our website contact form, rather than engaging in a public fight.

5.5 No spam, scams, or aggressive self-promotion

We know many midlife women have or are building their own businesses, and we absolutely love that. But to protect the Community from spam, you must not:

  • Post unsolicited promotions of your own products/services outside of approved threads or areas.

  • Drop affiliate links, referral links, or discount codes without permission.

  • Post chain messages, obvious scams, “get rich quick” schemes, or misleading opportunities.

  • Mass-DM members to pitch your offers.

  • Post MLM or Network Marketing business information or seek members to these business models via the WyrLora Communities/Groups.

  • If we offer specific threads, days, or directories (like The Collective or The Boutique) for promotion, please follow the rules specific to those spaces.

5.6 Sensitive topics and boundaries

Midlife brings real issues: menopause, health, finances, marriage, divorce, empty nests, grandchildren, aging parents, grief, career changes, purpose & passion seeking, faith doubts, and so much more.

We welcome honest conversations, but:

  • No detailed descriptions of self-harm, suicide plans, or graphic violence.

  • No encouragement of illegal activity or self-harm.

  • No content that shames or ridicules others for their struggles.

  • If you are in immediate danger or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional in your country. The Community and it's members or staff, is not a crisis support line.

6. Content standards: what you may not post

In addition to the above, you must not post, upload, share, or otherwise contribute any content that:

  • Is illegal or encourages illegal activity (including defamation, harassment, fraud, or hate crimes).

  • Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

  • Contains another person’s personal information (e.g. address, phone number, email, photos of their children/family, business or hobby items etc.) without their clear and written consent ahead of time.

  • Contains malware, spyware, or harmful code.

  • Misrepresents your identity, expertise, or affiliation (e.g. pretending to be a doctor, lawyer, psychologist, or WYRLORA staff when you are not).

  • Provides personalised medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice if you are not legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove any content we believe breaches these standards or is not aligned with the spirit of the Community, even if it may not be strictly illegal.

7. Your account and security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Any activity that occurs under your account.

  • Keeping your WyrLora account access, email address and passwords secure.

  • Not sharing your account access or passwords with others.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help secure it.

We may disable or suspend accounts at our discretion if we believe they are being misused or are a risk to the Community.

8. User-generated content: who owns what

8.1 You keep ownership of your content

Anything you post in the Community – text, comments, images, questions, reviews, or otherwise (“User Content”) – remains yours.

You retain ownership and responsibility of your original content at all times and have the ability to edit/delete or share it as required/allowed.

8.2 Licence you grant to WYRLORA

By posting or sharing "User Content" in the Community, you grant WYRLORA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

  • Use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and communicate that content for the purposes of:

    • Operating and improving the Community

    • Showcasing testimonials or success stories (with your first name and location only, unless you give consent for more)

    • Promoting WYRLORA programs and resources, in line with our values.

We will not misrepresent your words or deliberately take them out of context, and we will respect reasonable requests not to use certain content publicly if you notify us.

8.3 Your responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to post any content you share.

  • Your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights or these Community Terms.

  • If you share images of other people, you have their written permission to do so, prior to reposting/sharing.

  • You are legally responsible for your own "User Content".

9. WYRLORA content and intellectual property

All WYRLORA materials including but not limited to:

  • Course videos, images, content, audios, PDFs, worksheets, guides, and tools

  • Website text, blog posts, podcasts, and graphics

  • Logos, branding, trade names, and designs are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, distribute, or resell our paid content outside the license you purchased.

  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.

  • Represent our content as your own work.

  • Resell or Share our content to others in any format, including online or in person.

You may:

  • Use the content for your own personal use and growth as permitted under the relevant program or purchase terms.

  • Share links to our public pages and blog posts (with attribution).

If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, please ask us first.

10. Privacy, confidentiality, and screenshots

We take privacy seriously, but it’s important to understand:

  • Community spaces are not therapy rooms. Other members can see what you share.

  • We cannot control what members may screenshot or repeat outside the group (although we strongly discourage it and may remove members who breach trust).

  • We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data, and the rights you have under applicable laws (including Australian Privacy Law, and where applicable, EU/UK data protection laws).

To protect both yourself and others:

  • Don’t share confidential information you would be devastated to see elsewhere.

  • Don’t share another person’s private story without their explicit and written consent.

  • Avoid posting children’s full names, school details, or identifying information.

11. Health, wellbeing, and lifestyle disclaimer

WYRLORA covers topics including (but not limited to) wellness, menopause, mental health, relationships, business, finances, and lifestyle.

Nothing in the Community is a substitute for professional advice.

You understand and agree that:

  • We are not providing medical, psychological, legal, financial, or taxation advice.

  • Any guidance, stories, suggestions, or resources shared by WYRLORA or members are to be considered as general information only.

  • You must seek independent, qualified advice from a doctor, mental health professional, lawyer, financial adviser, or other appropriately qualified professional before acting on any information that could impact your health, safety, or finances.

  • You should never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the Community.

If you are in crisis, feeling unsafe, or considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline appropriate for your country immediately.

12. No guarantees of results

We believe in the potential of midlife women, but we do not promise or guarantee:

  • Specific health outcomes

  • Specific business or financial results

  • Relationship advice or changes

  • Personal transformation within a certain timeframe or avenues.

Your results depend on many factors including your own actions, choices, health, support system, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim any express or implied warranties regarding particular outcomes.

Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law and any non-excludable laws in your own country remain unaffected.

13. Third-party platforms and links

Our Community may involve or link to:

  • Third-party platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Zoom, YouTube, podcast apps, payment processors, and email providers

  • External websites, resources, or downloads recommended by us or other members.

We don’t control these third-party services and are not responsible for:

  • Their availability, performance, or conduct

  • Their terms and conditions

  • Their privacy practices or how they use your data.

  • Their security of your information/passwords/financial information etc.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.

Your use of any external link or resource is entirely at your own risk.

14. Memberships, paid programs, and store purchases

If you join a paid membership (such as The WYRLORA Midlife Mastery, all/any courses, or other programs) or any purchased products from our store:

  • Additional terms (pricing, refunds, access periods, etc.) will apply.

  • Those specific terms will usually be set out on the sales page, checkout page, or product agreement.

  • In the event of any conflict between a specific program agreement and these Community Terms, the program-specific agreement will prevail for that program.

15. Moderation, enforcement, and termination

To keep the WYRLORA Community aligned with our core values and safe for all our members, we reserve the right (but are not obligated) to:

  • Monitor ALL community/group discussions and content.

  • Edit, hide, or remove any content that we believe breaches these Community Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

  • Warn members privately or publicly (where appropriate).

  • Temporarily mute or restrict a member’s posting ability.

  • Remove, block, or ban a member from the Community and/or our platforms altogether, with or without prior warning, where we consider it reasonably necessary to protect the Community.

We may also:

  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where necessary.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of our decisions to moderate, restrict, or terminate access in accordance with these Community Terms, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

16. Reporting concerns or violations

If you see something in the Community that:

  • Violates these Community Terms

  • Makes you feel unsafe

Where possible, please include:

  • A screenshot or link

  • The name/username of the member involved

  • A brief explanation of your concern.

We will review and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

We may not be able to share all details of any action taken (to respect member privacy), but we do take all reports very seriously.

17. International users

Although WYRLORA is based in Australia, we welcome members from around the world.

By using the Community, you understand and agree that:

  • Our primary legal obligations are under Australian law (including Australian Consumer Law and relevant State/Territory law).

  • You are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply in your own country when using our Community.

  • If any part of these Community Terms is unlawful in your country, that part will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, but the rest of the terms will still apply.

Nothing in these Community Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under non-excludable laws in your own jurisdiction.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Community, Groups, reliance on any information, or interactions with other members.

  • You use the Community at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and their consequences.

However, nothing in these Community Terms seeks to exclude or limit:

  • Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • Any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws.

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

  • Any content you post or actions you take within the Community.

20. Not legal advice

These Community Terms are provided as a general framework and are not legal advice to you.

Laws change, and what applies in one country may not apply in another.

If you’re running your own community or business, we strongly recommend you obtain independent legal advice tailored to your situation.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Community Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
