This page explains the ownership, permitted use, and protection of the written works, creative content, branding, website materials, and other intellectual property published, distributed, or made available by Dianne M. White, WYRLORA, and associated WYRLORA platforms.

1. Ownership of Original Content

Unless otherwise stated, all original content published under WYRLORA, including but not limited to:

  • books, manuscripts, chapters, stories, series content, fictional worlds, courses and resources

  • blog articles, website copy, newsletters, emails, podcast audio/written content and any reader materials

  • original written descriptions, product text, promotional copy, and downloadable resources

  • original graphics, layouts, designs, and creative brand content created for WYRLORA

  • community content, reader resources, and other original materials created and published by WYRLORA

is owned by Dianne M. White and/or WYRLORA, and is protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws.

All rights are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Permitted Personal Use

You may access and use this website and WYRLORA content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, licence, or commercially exploit any WYRLORA content

  • adapt, modify, translate, rewrite, repackage, or create derivative works from WYRLORA content

3. Originality of Creative Works

WYRLORA's and Dianne M. White’s original written works, stories, books, blog content, and creative materials are published as original works.

No unauthorised copying of another author’s protected expression is intended or permitted.

While creative works may naturally contain familiar genres, themes, tropes, story structures, settings, emotional beats, or general concepts common within literature and publishing, the original expression, wording, creative arrangement, characters, scenes, and presentation of WYRLORA works are asserted as original to the extent applicable by law.

4. Fiction Disclaimer

The fiction works published under WYRLORA and/or Dianne M. White, including novels, novellas, short stories, series materials, character profiles, and related fictional content, are creative works of imagination.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all characters, names, businesses, events, dialogue, scenes, and storylines in WYRLORA fiction are fictional or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, real events, businesses, or actual locations is purely coincidental or used in a fictionalised manner.

Nothing in WYRLORA fiction is intended to portray, identify, defame, or misrepresent any real individual, organisation, or entity.

5. Blogs, Articles, Devotionals, and General Site Content

Unless otherwise stated, written content published on the WYRLORA website, blog, email communications, and community spaces is original content created, curated, and published under the WYRLORA brand.

Any opinions, commentary, reflections, or creative interpretations expressed in such content are published for informational, inspirational, entertainment, educational, or reader engagement purposes only and do not grant any right to reproduce or reuse the content without permission.

6. Third-Party Content and Licensed Materials

WYRLORA and/or Dianne M. White may from time to time use third-party materials under licence, permission, subscription, attribution arrangement, platform terms, or other lawful authority.

The names WYRLORA, Dianne M. White, relevant book or series names, taglines, logos, visual identifiers, and other branding elements associated with WYRLORA may be proprietary brand assets, whether registered, pending registration, or protected under applicable common law or unfair competition principles.

You must not use WYRLORA brand assets in any manner that may mislead, confuse, imply endorsement, suggest affiliation, or misappropriate the goodwill of the brand.

8. Permissions and Licensing Requests

For permissions, licensing enquiries, excerpt requests, media requests, or authorised use of WYRLORA content, please contact:

Permission requests should clearly identify:

  • where it appears

9. Reporting Suspected Infringement

10. Reservation of Rights

WYRLORA expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted on this website or in writing.

Unauthorised use of original WYRLORA content may result in enforcement action, including but not limited to requests for removal, platform complaints, formal legal correspondence, licence claims, or other legal remedies available under applicable law.

11. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision on one occasion does not waive WYRLORA’s or Dianne M. White's right to enforce that right or provision in the future.
