If a part of the WYRLORA site or access to content required you to be charged a Membership or Subscription Fee, These Membership fees will be charged on a [monthly/annual] basis. The current membership fee is as per the purchased level of membership you subscribed to when creating your WYRLORA Member Website Account, which may be subject to change.

You agree to pay the membership fee and any applicable taxes. Payment is due in advance of receiving membership benefits.

If we are unable to process your payment, your membership may be suspended or terminated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via our contact page form.

If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your membership.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of or discontinue any membership items or benefits at any time without prior notice.

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the membership are the property of WYRLORA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided as part of the membership without our express written permission from Dianne M. White.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYRLORA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership will not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership in the preceeding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your membership are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership will be resolved exclusively in the courts in the State of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.

Your continued use of the membership services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
